Do I need to meet you at my property?

No, that’s not necessary.  It’s very common for land parcels to be bought and sold remotely.  During the due diligence phase prior to purchase , we may request to send someone who is local out to the property, with your permission of course, to inspect it or take some pictures.

How will I get paid for my property?

We close through a title company where you can typically expect to be paid either by direct wire transfer or via a cashier’s check, whichever you’d prefer.

I live far away from the property. Do I need to travel to the title company office to close?

No.  We work with title companies that are able to close transactions remotely with mobile notaries.  We will pay for any fees required for remote closing.

I don’t know you.  How do I know you’ll do what you say you will?  How do I know I will actually get paid the amount we agree to?
